All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Bookings made through our platform are processed via Bokun, our secure booking system. A confirmed booking requires full payment. Booking confirmations will be sent to your registered email address. Changes to bookings must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure.

We accept payments via Moyasar, our secure payment gateway supporting major credit cards and local payment methods. All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for extra services, equipment, or changes requested after confirmation.

Cancellations made 7+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fee. Cancellations made 3-6 days before departure: 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days before departure: No refund. No-shows: No refund. Weather-related cancellations by the operator: Full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost. Emergency cancellations due to safety concerns: Full refund or credit for future booking.

All passengers must wear life jackets when instructed by the crew. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited on all vessels in compliance with Saudi Arabian law. Passengers must follow all safety instructions from the captain and crew. Swimming is only permitted in designated areas with crew approval. Weather conditions may affect tour schedules for passenger safety.

Boating Saudi provides comprehensive insurance coverage for all vessels and passengers. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings. Passengers participate in water activities at their own risk. Medical conditions that may affect safety must be disclosed at booking. In case of emergency, our crew is trained in first aid and emergency procedures. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety or legal reasons.

Users must provide accurate information when creating accounts and making bookings. Account credentials must be kept secure and not shared. Users are responsible for all activities under their account. Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, and hazardous materials. Photography and filming for commercial purposes requires prior approval. Respect for marine life and environment is mandatory - no littering or damaging coral reefs.
